2. Products & Services

  • All products, images, descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is always up to date or error-free.

  • Product colors may appear differently depending on device screens and lighting conditions.

  • All custom and bulk orders are subject to our confirmation and production timelines.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders may be placed online or directly with our sales representatives.

  • After you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance; the order is accepted only after payment is received and confirmed.

  • Payments must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, cheque, online gateway).

  • For bulk orders, we require:

    • 50% advance payment (for orders above ₹1 lakh)

    • Remaining 50% before dispatch

    • Smaller orders require full payment in advance.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Standard delivery timelines are 15-20 working days for regular orders and 20-25 working days for customized orders.

  • Express delivery is available at extra charge upon request.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping fees may apply depending on order size and location.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns or replacements only in case of manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or significant quality issues, and within 7 days of receipt.

  • Please contact our customer support for returns with clear photographs of defects or errors.

  • Custom-branded, personalized, or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions are the exclusive property of Dress Code Clothing.

  • You may not duplicate, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
